Up first in our Meet the Team communication is Helen, our Sales & Customer Service Lead for Littlefair's!
Helen: "I’ve been with Littlefair’s over a year now and seen the company grow and the exciting changes that have come with it. My role is to help & assist all our diverse types of customers, whether buying, using or selling our great products. I’m currently studying for an ILM level 3 leadership qualification and I am looking forward to the year ahead at Littlefair’s."

Here we have featured a photo of Helen's beautiful cats, Bronson (left) & Muffin (right)!

Please keep your eye out on our Blog section as we'll be featuring a different member of staff over the upcoming months to help our customers learn more about the Littlefair's Team and the faces behind the business! :)

    Excellent firm to deal with.
Well presented website with clear information about products. Products I ordered have been very good quality and reasonably priced.
Ordering is easy and delivery is quick and efficient.

Hi, thank you for keeping in touch!
I ordered samples from you quite a while ago to redo our oak floor. It is scraped (so not flat, therefore can’t be machine sanded) French oak.
It has been down for around 18 years and is still beautiful. As we are South facing the original colour faded considerably so around 4 years ago I hand sanded and re-varnished with Ronseal ‘diamond hard’ . The colour was spot on but it has chipped off in lots of places where we come in and out of the patio door from the garden. Now it looks terrible in this area. It obviously wasn’t a stain.
One of the colours I received from you is also a good match, but I have been reluctant to try it in case the same thing happens again.
I am 70 this year. It has taken me over 4 weeks to decorate our dining room this year because of having to move heavy furniture around and working on one wall at a time.
    My questions to you are:
Do you have advice regarding your products with regard to application
Do you have advice with regard to preparation of the wood.
    Many thanks
    Shirley Finneran
