(however there is an additional 2-week delay on everything from 1st – 16th November while moving to a new workshop)

Timber Foundry offers free UK shipping excluding the Highlands, Ireland, or any Offshore Islands on all of their standard Garden & Patio Planters.

If you have a bespoke request meaning the product is larger or heavier than their standard products there may be a charge. This will be communicated when we provide a quotation.

Timber Foundry use Abbey Logistics for shipping within UK Mainland.

The 1-man service will be free.

A 2-man service will be charged when neccassary, based on location.

Yes. If they are delivering in house you will receive a 3-hour timeslot and text notification when 30 minutes away.

Parcelforce has tracking as standard and will appear on your dispatch email.

For larger items, Proovia will provide a 3-hour timeslot the day before delivery and a live tracking link will be included.

Very accurate. Timber Foundry work to a tolerance of 5mm.

All Timber Foundry Planters are made using FSC tanalised softwood timber.
