Thank you for an incredible year!
Today is our last working day before Christmas and offers us a time to reflect on the last twelve months. 2017 has been a big one for us at Littlefair's.
We have taken on 16 new wonderful stockists who act as our experts in the field, offering our customers the chance to chat with knowledgeable professionals about our wood dyes, varnishes, wax polishes and oils. Our stockists now span from as far north as Kirby Stephen to as far south as Congleton, ensuring that we have the north west pretty much covered! Next year we hope to spread further around the country so please let us know if you'd like to see us come to your town. Whether it be decorators' merchants, timber yards or DIY shops, we're always interested in teaming up with more experts.
We also need to say a huge THANK YOU to our online customers! Since this website was launched in November 2016 we're in the top 10% in terms of of traffic to our website, compared with other websites launched in the same week. This is purely down to the loyalty of our customers and this is reflected in our re-order rate of 20% - it gives us great pleasure when a customer returns to purchase another of our products and we are extremely grateful.
