New Horizons!

New Products Staff Update Store News

It's six weeks into 2017 and we're pressing on with our plans to bring our products to more of you, having added two names to our Stockists page; that of Marsland Timber (Harrogate) and Southport Timber

Whilst it is so easy to order our products online, you sometimes can't beat the experience of visiting a shop and talking to the experts. We are very careful in selecting our stockists as we want to ensure that their knowledge of our products and how to use them is second to none. This way, you can be sure to get the best use out of your purchase. Don't forget though, you can also visit our Help Centre or contact us directly for further assistance.

Prime Time

If you do want to buy from us online but desperately want to get hold of some English Oak, then panic no more! We're now in the process of listing all our Traditional colours with Amazon Prime which means you can get free next-day delivery if you're a member of Amazon's premium service. This will no doubt come in handy for those last minute jobs!

Sizing Up

We're delighted to announce that we'll soon be launching more sizes of certain products. Our Superior Wood Finishing Danish Oil will soon be available in 250ml and 1 litre sizes whilst our entire Pastel Range is going to be available in larger 2.5 litre and 5 litre sizes due to popular demand. Watch this space!

HMS Victory

A few blogs ago, we shared with you a project that one of our customers is undertaking - the building of a scale model of the HMS Victory. Well, we're delighted to bring you further progress. Each part of the ship is painstakingly constructed and finished beautifully with a mixture of our Dark Walnut, Light Oak and Medium Oak wood stain / dye.

We're sure you'll agree, this is a stunning project! We look forward to bringing you more progress pictures as we get them.

Have a good weekend, folks.
