How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched the next working day.  Same day dispatch is available for an extra charge if you order before 12pm, but don't worry if you're a little late.  Just give us a call and we'll see what we can do!

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the details of the shipping company and tracking number if applicable.  Struggling to find your email?  Just give us a call on 01254 366130 or pop an email to hello@woodfinishingproducts.com

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

From the day you place your order, the majority of UK orders will be delivered within two business days.  A small few will take three working days on our free standard delivery service. 

There are premium options available at checkout which guarantee delivery within 1-2 business days and further options for guaranteed next working day*.  We even offer Saturday or Sunday delivery*!

For the premium options, orders must be placed by 12pm on the previous working day, but, again, if you miss the cut off, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

How much does shipping cost?

The standard 2-3 business day delivery is free of charge.  To guarantee your order within 1-2 business days, there is a £5.00 charge.  Extra charges may apply on individual items larger than 17ltr.

Want it quicker than 1-2 business days?  We have a range of premium options available at checkout that cover the next working day* or even weekend deliveries*

A free untracked 4-5 business day service is available for our tester pots with various tracked options available at checkout. 

 *Next-day delivery and weekend delivery is unavailable in some areas of Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands.

Re-deliveries

All orders larger than tester pots are shipped via DPD who will notify you of tracking information and you will be given the option to manage your delivery directly with them.  Should you fail to receive your delivery after multiple attempts, or you fail to retrieve your order from a collection point, we can re-send your order subject to a re-delivery fee.

Picking Errors

Sadly, mistakes can happen - we are human after all!

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.  Should you receive the incorrect items, or items are missing from your order, please get in touch so we can sort it out.  We cannot replace items beyond a month of you receiving them.
