Littlefair’s Wax Polish is a blend of environmentally friendly, low aromatic waxes which do not contain Toluene. The wax is soft in consistency, easy to apply and quick drying. It will create a beautiful deep shine on both modern and antique effect woodwork.

Please note that our Wax Polish is not designed for floors. If you're looking for a finishing product for flooring, please use our Floor Fast Varnish.

Water Repellent Wax Polish is for indoor use only. If you're looking for a finishing product for outdoor use, please use either our Danish Oil, Decking Oil Plus or Titan Topcoat.

Very easy to use with a paint brush, the wax gave a beautiful finish to the wood

small tables

i sanded all the marks off the tables painted them with light sycamore then polished with Water repellent wax polish with a power polisher. I followed the great instructions and they came up like new. Family have seen them and agree.

Water repellent wax

I used the dove wood dye and added the water repellent wax the results was perfect I used the clear so no change of colour it gave a lovely sheen easy to apply and was on a ballistic rail it took away the rough feel and made this smooth to touch a must to finish of the wood highly recomend this product perfect results

Toilet door problem

Used on stained cupboard door next to hand basin that always showed water marks hopefully littlefairs water repellent wax polish will be the answer

I used the stain and the wax and both are lovely and great quality. Only thing I would say is I made a mistake with the wax - I ordered clear thinking it would "enhance" the dye, but actually you need to match the wax to the dye. Thought worth mentioning here in case anyone else makes the same (silly!) mistake!

This is a great product.

Fantastic product, with great finish. Have used in several places around the home. Works really well with the dye and varnish. This is my go to wax.

Application

To achieve a good shine, protection and depth of colour most woodwork will require two to three coats, buffing in between each coat.

The wax polish can be applied with a paintbrush and cotton cloth. Using a paintbrush will help when applying wax to detailed mouldings and into corners - the cotton cloth will help to flatten the wax to avoid streaks once dry. Between coats, allow around one hour to dry before buffing using a clean cotton cloth.

Littlefair’s Wax Polish is highly water repellent, but not completely waterproof. For protection in areas subject to excessive water spillage use a water or solvent based lacquer or varnish before waxing.

This wax is recommended for use following our water-based Wood Stains. In addition to new woodwork, this wax will protect, restore and rejuvenate all types of wood.
